Nobody seems to be terribly thrilled with the newest crop of surveillance cameras, but, if you are motivated to damage one, it’s important to remember that the operative word in surveillance camera is camera. Twenty-year-old Brandon Ribadeneira of Arizona is accused of damaging a speed enforcement camera after being caught driving over the speed limit. While he is blurred in this video, he obviously was not in the original video.
