Sometimes it seems there is no limit to the cruelty humans can foist on other people or animals. Like in this case featuring a dog that some monster had put into a garbage can. Fortunately, as the can was being lifted into the garbage truck, it slipped and tipped over and the dog was discovered. He is now thriving.
