Couple Fights Ticket For Parking In A ‘Red Zone’ That Was Painted AFTER They Parked
A couple in San Francisco was ticketed for parking in a red zone spot (which is illegal to park in), but apparently the curb was painted while the car was parked there and then ticketed after the fact.
