A 19-year-old woman in Washington has gone to extremes to protest the building of a mall in an area that is currently heavily wooded. Chiara D'Angelo has decided to live up in a tree in protest of a planned 72,000 square foot mall, which would require 830 trees to be cut down. "I'm prepared to stay up here a pretty darn long time," D'Angelo said.
Her original plan was to stay up there for 12 hours in protest. It turns out she made it about a day and a half before coming down.
