A few things are working against the weightlifter in the video below. First, it appears as though the weight was just a little too much for her to handle. No big deal, though. That happens all the time when lifting weights. So she just dropped the weights, and presumably, was already thinking of how to improve her technique for her next attempt. But that's when problem number two showed up. The second problem: the design of the workout space she was using...floor to ceiling windows.
