Bad grammar is annoying in everyday conversation, but it's even worse when you see a sign hanging up somewhere that contains bad grammar. Even worse than that is when you see a sign on a permanent establishment where words are spelled wrong or punctuation is incorrect. It's just unprofessional! You mean you couldn't take an extra five minutes to have someone proofread your sign before sending it off to get made? C'mon!
Well, one man in England has deemed himself the 'Grammar Vigilante' of Bristol. Late at night, he goes around to businesses whose signs contain grammatical errors and corrects them under the cover of darkness. He doesn't paint over the errors, though, instead choosing to just cover them up with easily-removable stickers.
Well done, sir. Not all heroes wear capes. Or as the sign probably read, "Not all hero's wear cape's."
