Joshua Jeffords is suing Philadelphia Eagles defensive end, Fletcher Cox, claiming his marriage was destroyed after his wife met the NFL star.
Jeffords and his wife were married and living in North Carolina when Mrs. Jeffords met Cox on a business trip in Pennsylvania where they then shook the sheets and mauled the Jeffords' marriage.
Joshua now is suing Cox for "alienation of affection" and is seeking over $25,000 in damages!
Apparently in North Carolina, one can sue someone else for "alientation" as long as the couple can prove they were in love before and someone else came in and ruined it.
The whole situation is all pretty crazy but if there's one lesson to be learned from this, it's don't alienate another man's wife in North Carolina!
