Sometimes, you still get in trouble even if you had the best intentions. Take Massachusetts man Scott Kulda, for example.
The other night, Scott was driving home drunk. Bad move. But to his credit, Scott quickly realized that he was too drunk to drive, so he decided to pull over and sleep it off. Unfortunately for Kulda, though, he pulled into a police station parking lot. It wasn't long after he pulled over that the police found him sleeping in the car with the keys in the ignition. And that was enough for them to charge him with drunk driving.
Don't drink and drive, folks. And if you do, don't be dumb enough to pull over in a police station parking lot for a little nap.
