If you live in an area that has electric scooters available for the public to rent and ride, you know they end up in some pretty wacky places.

As they are supposed to be left in designated drop-off areas when a rider is done, that’s where everyone puts them, right? WRONG.

Of course, they are left in the way in sidewalks, various parking lots, near trees, and if there is a river nearby…you know they end up there more often than not.

Well, police officers, park employees and volunteers with Keep Columbus Beautiful joined forces in Ohio to recover 30 scooters from the Scioto River.
