Yesterday’s celebrations in Kansas City following the Chiefs’ Super Bowl win ended in tragedy as gunmen opened fire as people were gathered for the victory parade.
The shooting resulted in over 20 wounded and one local radio personality, Lisa Lopez-Galvan, lost her life.
In all the chaos, brave Chiefs fans were able to identify and tackle one of the suspected gunmen to the ground, holding him until police arrived.
Our hearts go out to Kansas City and all those affected by this senseless act of violence.
