Tim Perry is just like everyone else…If everyone else carved over 1,000 plastic pumpkins and proudly displayed them in their yard every year. As a way to pay homage to one of his favorite movies “House of 1,000″ Corpses”, Perry’s “House of 1,000 Pumpkins” collection grew by 400 pumpkins this year.
From rock stars to movie icons to TV singing competition judges like Simon Cowell, Perry’s pumpkins are truly something to behold. Especially when they light up and play various songs and sayings from 5 PM to 11 PM each night.
Instead of leaving a box for cash donations outside like other displays, he created a Facebook Fundraiser to help families with loved ones battling cancer in honor of his wife who is also fighting cancer.
