Early last month, this California Costco employee set a goal of becoming Employee of the Month. Thanks to an envelope full of cash and the customer who lost it, that goal became reality sooner than he may have anticipated!
John Sotelo found the envelope with almost $4,000 in it while on the job. He enlisted the help of his managers, tracked down the rightful owner of all that money and returned the cash.
Now, not only did his good deed get him that Employee of the Month title, but now he’s also getting his 15 minutes of fame!
