This over-the-top reaction is truly the mark of an absolute lunatic.
Not only is she unhinged for biking in the rain (fitness people, ew) but also for not simply acknowledging the EMERGENCY VEHICLE tending to an EMERGENCY and she could go up on the sidewalk and go about her day.
