We’ve all simply forgotten the window itself or the blinds were open and changed our clothes. You say “whoops” and go about your day. However, this guy in a Chicago high-rise is taking the “naked neighbor” thing to a whole new level.
According to one of the young women living in an apartment directly across from him, he is naked practically every day and has purposely been exposing himself in the window.
She’s confronted him, contacted police and more, but nothing comes from it as, per law enforcement, he isn’t technically violating indecency laws.
