A Sheriff’s office in Arkansas is being sued after one of its deputies shot a woman in the leg when they were trying to shoot her dog.
In the video, police arrive to the home where the incident occurred and are met with a few smaller or medium-sized dogs. While one officer seems unfazed, the other officer standing back with a flashlight attempts to shoot the Pomeranian that was approaching him.
However, he missed the dog and the bullet ended up actually hitting the owner, Tina Hight, in her shin.
