If you or someone you know experiences “time blindness” , you know how tough it is for you or your pal to keep track of time. This also means its hard for them to be on time too.
Whether you actually do experience this or you’re like many people across the internet who get all of their mental health information and diagnoses from idiots mis-using therapy terms on TikTok, if “time blindness” affects you in any way, should an employer be expected to accommodate that?
According to this TikTokker, who appears emotional after a job interview in which she did not quite get the answer she was hoping for when she asked about “time blindness” and was told she was expected to be on time (shocker).
