Philly Woman Has Car Stolen, Receives Speeding Tickets in Mail Months Later

Imagine getting your car stolen, only to later be on the hook for the speeding tickets the thief racks up?

Philadelphia woman, Patricia Gift, received the worst gift of over $500 worth of speeding tickets in the mail after a thief stole her car all the way back in March.

She then had to go through the entire process of disputing the tickets which, thankfully for her, paid off a few weeks later.
