We all know Spirit Airlines makes no claims to be anything other than what it is, which is why seeing an employee taping up the wing of the plane before takeoff is not entirely surprising, but concerning nonetheless.
Sure, it’s speed tape and its intended purpose is for temporary repairs on planes and racecars but, as this TikToker points out, “I don’t care if it’s aviation, airplane tape or nothing…” we’d at least just rather not see it happening.
