Texas teen, Sammy Berko, was rock climbing when he reached the top, went into cardiac arrest and had to receive CPR for two hours.
Doctors worked on him as long as they could before pronouncing him dead. However, five minutes after they left, Berko’s mom was talking to and praying over him, he came back to life!
Now, Sammy is still struggling with his short term memory and is undergoing inpatient rehab, regaining strength in his legs. All in all, not the worst trade-off for a second chance at life.
