First, we don’t understand what this statue has to do with County Administration, just considering its a stack of rocks, but especially considering said rocks are stacked in a phallic nature.
Are they rock hard on crime? Are they working on rock solid policies for the community? Who’s to say!
However, after three decades of being erected in front of the building, it appears some busybodies have now deemed it offensive and are working to get it removed.
