A true nightmare situation played out in real life when three people on a simple fishing trip had to dive off their boat in order to avoid being hit by another, much larger boat.
The trio was minding their business, fishing away, when they noticed a larger boat coming in real hot towards them.
They tried waving their hands to alert the driver of the other boat, to no avail. Diving into the water was the only option left, just seconds before the massive boat barreled through their small fishing boat.
Various reports say there was eventually a lawsuit resulting in over $3 million in settlement.
