First, this is an incredible coincidence, and could not have worked out better for Owen Wilson! However, can we just talk about how funny that phone call must have been before it ever got to Ben Stiller.
Wilson drops his credit cards, and they just happen to be found by a friend of Ben Stiller’s daughter. From there, did the friend know that her friend’s dad was friends with him? Or was it just “hey, your dad is famous, does he know this also famous guy?”
Either way, this story will make you say “wow.”
