A Vandal Managed To Destroy The Wrong Car & It Belonged To A Veteran

A woman’s car was wrongfully vandalized in Washington D.C., the vandal meant to wreck a man’s car who is named “Mike” because they spray painted “Mike is a cheater” on both sides of the car. They ended up destroying the car of a woman named Nedra Brantley, who is a veteran.
