A Tucson man in his mid-30s was arrested recently after attempting his best Santa Claus impression and failing miserably.
Police were called to the home after neighbors heard a man yelling for help from inside the walls. It turns out he tried to get into the abandoned home via the chimney and, surprise surprise, got stuck! Firefighters had to use a rope and rescue ring to pull the man out.
The dope was charged with trespassing and possession of a dangerous drug.
