If your kids play any sport, you can only hope to have a coach that cares as much as this guy.

After his team had made it all the way to the Little League World Series but couldn’t walk away with a win, he knew it was up to him to cheer up those kiddos!

Coach Jairo Labrador gathered up the gang, crouched down and gave a real emotional speech to the team that even got him choked up!

While still inspiring the kids, he did end the speech on a funny note after he needed help up off the field!

The world needs more people like Coach Labrador!
