A Comcast customer service representative was able to save a West Michigan man’s life all the way from Jackson, Mississippi thanks to her quick-thinking!
Dan Magennis called Comcast for some help with his cable before going out to his garden when he barely got through his name, slurred his speech and dropped the phone.
The rep on the line, Kimberly Williams, recognized the signs of a stroke based on a similar situation with her grandmother and began to Google first responders in Magennis’ area and made the call!
First responders got to him just in time and say Williams’ call saved Magennis’ life!
Finally someone has a good story to tell about a time customer service actually helped!
