Think nobody in the world could be relieved to find a tapeworm in their brain? Well think again!
This 42-year-old woman in New York started having memory problems and other issues last year so she went to the doctor where they discovered what they thought was a brain tumor!
In September of 2018, she went in for surgery and once they got her ol’ noggin open and could get a good look at what was going on, that “tumor” turned out to just be your average tapeworm!
Sure, a tapeworm is better than a tumor but in your brain!?
NOPE.
They have no idea how it got in there, but luckily she is totally fine!
