Adam Sandler made his celebrated return “home” to Saturday Night Live this weekend and did not dissapoint!
He opened the show with a catchy number about how he was fired from the show with the help of Chris Rock and current cast member Pete Davidson but as he said in the song, he was super happy to be back!
Joining in on a segment of “Weekend Update” Sandler brought back a favorite character, Opera Man!
In a truly grand finale Sandler finished out the show with his song tribute to his friend and fellow SNL alum, Chris Farley.
We honestly just have a hard time believing this is actually the first time he’s been back but we are so glad it happened!
