An 82-year-old woman in Scotland got fined recently after two years of blasting music to annoy her neighbors.
Her problem with them was that their van blocked sunlight from getting into her house.
So she’d push her speakers up against the wall, put in ear plugs so it doesn’t bother her and blast the most annoying song possible from 1922 called “The Laughing Policeman” throughout all hours of the day.
Honestly we are amazed the neighbors lasted five minutes let alone two whole years!
