Usually when people leave bad reviews about their experience and the owner responds it’s a simple “Hey sorry, give us a call!” and other times, you might as well might as well ask for a side of fries to go with the heaping pile of beef they’re served!
This customer was not happy with their experience at an escape room and even called the owner “rude.”
Then, the “rude” owner stepped in and made sure everyone was well aware of what actually happened!
Aside from describing how the reviewer and his group touched things they were told multiple times not to and even caused damage, the owner did invite the back!
