Johnny Manziel made an awkward correction for Dan Patrick recently and people are #SHOOK.
He has been referred to as “Johnny” for years so it was perfectly normal for Dan Patrick to kick off the interview with a “Good morning, Johnny. How are you?”
Manziel started to answer but first noted he has “a little update” and said he prefers to go by just “John” now, a sign he is turning the page on football and moving on.
There it is, folks, we have witnessed the end of an era.
