Massachustts resident, Nick Memmo recently bought a 74-inch flat screen TV on Amazon, and got it in the mail but it also came with another, 84-inch TV he didn’t pay for!
He kept both and ended up getting arrested for it last week!
According to Memmo, Amazon said it was fine and he never got any calls from the third-party company that fulfilled the order.
The company, however, says they called him five times!
Memmo said if he knew he would be arrested, he would have either paid for the extra TV or just given it back but honestly, how he is he surprised?
