We all know the only way to settle a dispute with your neighbor is to break out all your naked mannequins, right?
It’s totally normal.
Santa Rosa, California homeowner Jason Windus had a six-foot fence in his yard but after an “anonymous complaint” from a neighbor and a visit from a city code enforcement officer he had to take the top half down.
Windus cut it down but needed to let the neighborhood know he was not happy about it so he set up a display of naked mannequins having a garden party in his yard for all to see!
Now instead of complaining about a fence the garden party is the talk of the town!
Honestly, everyone should start doing that. If someone complains about you just trying to add value to your yard, just put more junk in it and make it look like a serial killer lives there!
