So, let it be known here that the state of Florida is not taking a shot at puppies.
It is actually part of their distracted driving policies like texting and driving.
Like with any proposed law there are people who are not happy about it, claiming if they are driving safely, what’s the big deal? While others feel it definitely fits in with distracted driving.
