When you decide to do a public marriage proposal, you're really rolling the dice.  Now obviously, there's a chance that she'll say wrong with any proposal, but it's really ramped up when a ton of other people are standing around watching.  It really has the chance to be a whole lot worse.  

The video below is just that: a public proposal with what appears to be a bunch of the couple's friends with them.  This Romeo decides to do a proposal stunt and scare the sh*t out of his presumably soon-to-be fiance.  Why do people think that's cool?
