This is what happens when you're riding a motorcycle and aren't paying attention enough to see an upcoming speed bump.  According to the video description, this guy is a Mexico City cop riding with the Presidential Guard.  

He appears to be cruising along at a pretty fast speed (40MPH maybe?) and hits that speed bump with no hesitation.  You know he's going fast because if you listen to the audio, you can hear the motorcycle crashing and flipping for a full TEN SECONDS after the initial impact!  

I was shocked to see him sit right up after this, but not shocked to see him immediately lay right down after that.
