Now this is something you don't see every day.  YouTube user iiGethii posted this video a few months ago of his transition from male to female.  He/She took roughly 1,000 pictures over a 3 year period and indicates in the video description that he/she also had "facial feminization surgery" along the way.  Science!  Now if he/she could just mix in a smile every now and then, that would be the really amazing feat.
