The details of this video are a bit scarce, so we're not really sure of the origin.  But what we do know from watching this 12 second clip is that this cadet DOES NOT want to get tased.  This is pretty standard protocol from what we've heard: if you want to be able to use a taser, you have to be tased so you can respect the power that you yield.  

If you ask me, it seems like this guy already has a bunch of respect both before and after being tased!
