If the Super Bowl has taught the world anything, it’s that making a good commercial is an art form. If there is one product that could have learned from the Super Bowl commercial craze, it’s the new hover transportation thing called the Kitty Hawk.
The commercial starts off with a hokey conversation between two women who live on opposite sides of the lake, but want to get together for dinner. One woman says that she’ll swing by in two minutes, to the other woman’s amazement. Then, she hops on her Kitty Hawk hovercraft/flying car/boat thing and swoops on over!
The product is cool enough. Why’d they have to ruin everything with the stupid mock conversation at the beginning? Just say, “We have this badass machine that you’re going to want” and show it flying around and stuff. That’ll be enough to sell it!
We should have gone into marketing.
