On the latest episode of the BBC's crazy popular show Top Gear, host Jeremy Clarkson unveils what he claims is the tiniest car ever.  It basically has the guts of an ATV, a windshield, a helmet and a few other bells and whistles that make it street legal in the UK.  

Watch as Clarkson's micro-car handles potholes with ease, seamlessly weaves in and out of traffic and makes everyone stare...for all the wrong reasons!  Am I the only one that thinks he looks like a Lego man with that helmet on?
