A new year brings new resolutions. A newfound interest in getting fit is usually up there so naturally new fitness trends and activities come popping up.
Well get ready for the latest in strange fitness trends, it's "animal flow"!
Apparently animal flow is some sort of pilates/"body conditioning" class that's supposed to aid flexibility through "primal movements."
With moves like "the crab" and "traveling ape" this just really looks like some sort of strange dance only people on hallucinogens do but apparently people say it really does help with flexibility!
We'll just stick with our 12-ounce curls and sitting on the couch, thank you.
