Back in 2013 at a meet and greet before a concert, radio host David Mueller allegedly groped pop star Taylor Swift as they were having their picture taken together. Swift alleges that Mueller reached his hand up under her skirt and grabbed her ass. Mueller denied the accusations, but he was fired from his job two days later. He sued Swift for $3 million in damages, to which Swift counter-sued for $1.
The case finally went to trial in Denver yesterday, with Swift taking the stand to tell her side of the story. And she did not back down from the accusations one bit! A photo of the interaction was presented as evidence and, for Mueller, it's pretty damning. It shows that his hand is clearly a bit lower than you would expect it to be, seeing as how the two are complete strangers to each other. Mueller simply said that the photo was indeed "awkward" looking, and insists that he did not grope Swift, but may have touched her ribs.
