This guy was super impressed with Felix Baumgartner's Red Bull Space Jump that happened last month.  He was so impressed that he decided to recreate the jump within his means.  So what did he do?  No, he didn't build a rocket or balloon to take him to the edge of space.  He did, however, climb 15 WHOLE FEET up on to his roof and took the plunge.

It seems like the anticipated outcome was to hit the oversized exercise ball and launch him in to orbit.  The actual outcome, though, was slightly different.  Injuries were extensive.  The one thing this guy needs credit for is that, after a long hospital stay, he realized that the world needed to see this footage and he uploaded it to YouTube.  Good job, unknown man.
