While some old people are still pretty sharp, most are not.  They can't hear you.  You have to constantly repeat yourself.  They forget things.  They're excellent at making you very frustrated because of their enhanced age and overall oldness. 

This old couple, for some reason, was asked to be in a commercial for a little hometown restaurant in Maine.  The instructions were simple: Say the line "Baked in a buttery, flaky crust!".  Seems simple enough, right?
