There was some chaos yesterday out front of Buckingham Palace in London during the changing of the guard when a man emerged from the crowd brandishing two huge knives.  He started swinging them around wildly and at one point, put one of them up to his own throat.  No worries, though!  The Bobbies emerged and tased the sh*t out of him and got things under control.  No word yet on why he did it and what his motives were.
