This is the third Christmas that I've been in my house.  For the first time, though, I decided that I should actually decorate the place a bit.  Last year and the year before, I wasn't going to be home for about a week or so around the holidays, so it seemed pointless to put forth the effort.  We'll be around this year, so earlier today, we went out in search of a tree and a tree stand.  We quickly learned that was easier said than done two days before Christmas.

But here she is...a bit Charlie Brownish, but I think it came out pretty good.  Lola approves as well.
