Are you in debt?  Can't get a credit card without paying 6,000% interest?  Can only buy a car from a place with a giant purple gorilla on the roof?  Phone ringing off the hook from creditors calling?  Well, this guy has found a useful loophole that you might be able to take advantage of.  It just doesn't seem legal to me.
