Gary Busey is pretty crazy, no doubt about it.  We've played endless pieces of audio of him going crazy on various shows, during interviews and on set.  This video, however, might be the craziest.  It seems as 'ol Gary is getting a little lonely in his old age and has resorted to sexually pleasing himself with an inner tube.  Yes, an inner tube.
