How would you feel if, the next time you went to light up a cigarette, you'd be at risk of a $6,000 fine or up to a year in prison?  Seems pretty crazy, right?  A proposed bill in the state of Oregon is aiming to do just that and more: make nicotine illegal unless you have a prescription.  

Not surprisingly, there is a bunch of opposition to this proposed law.  What do you think?
