Hallelujah! The students at Brigham Young University celebrated finally being able to get caffeine on campus!
For the first time in 60 years and after a growing demand from students, the university decided to reverse the school's policy against caffeine. Despite overturning the ban on selling caffeinated soda, other drinks such as energy drinks, coffee, and tea are not allowed by The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints doctrine. Baby steps.
Students really are loving the change and celebrate their newfound caffeine freedoms.
"They were like 'finally, the answer to my prayers. We have caffeine on BYU campus!'" student, Kathleen Andrade said.
It's exciting news for many people but if you pause this story at the 1:18 mark, you can see just how (not) excited the anchor is when they come back from the package.
Anyhow, someone better keep an eye on these kids, it may get too crazy!
